It seems as though it has B pillar lights that were sawed off, hence the small round lights.

That’s crazy, I saw this last week going to pick my car up from the shop. I couldn’t get a picture as I was driving but I was behind it for a few miles. It luckily did not get on the highway with me. I could only imagine if it did.
